General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sale of products on the website nuhashop.fr, published by the company NUHA, SASU whose registered office is located in Collégien (France).
They apply to all sales concluded between the company NUHA and any natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

NUHA offers a selection of lingerie, shapewear, menstrual panties, and beauty products designed to support every woman's well-being and self-confidence.
Product descriptions, photographs, and characteristics are provided for information purposes only. NUHA undertakes to present items with the utmost care and to ensure their conformity upon shipment.

Article 3 – Orders

An order is considered validated upon receipt of full payment.
NUHA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer, or suspicion of fraud.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a summary email detailing their purchase and estimated delivery times.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or Klarna (payment in installments).
The order is not considered effective until payment is confirmed by the banking institution.

Article 5 – Delivery Terms

Each NUHA order is carefully prepared before shipment.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 7 business days, excluding preparation time.

Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email is sent containing the tracking link for the package.

The transfer of risks occurs as soon as the customer takes physical possession of the products.
In the event of an anomaly or damage, the customer must make reservations to the carrier upon receipt of the package.

Article 6 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

NUHA wants every customer to be completely satisfied.
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order for a return from France, and 14 days  for orders delivered to another European Union country.

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on NUHA's part.

After receipt and verification of the products, a refund or credit note will be offered according to the customer's choice.

Article 7 – Product Availability

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock.
In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email and reimbursed within 14 days.

Article 8 – Liability

NUHA cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibilities of delivery due to causes beyond its control (strike, logistical problem, force majeure, etc.).
The products offered comply with current French and European legislation.

Article 9 – Legal Warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In case of non-conformity or a detected defect, the customer can contact NUHA at contact@nuhaofficiel.com  to obtain an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order is used solely for managing purchases, deliveries, and customer service.
NUHA undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of this data, in accordance with the GDPR.
The customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon simple request to contact@nuhaofficiel.com 

Article 12 – Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
