Shipping Policy

Article 1: Delivery terms

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. The delivery times mentioned in the order confirmation are indicative and do not include the order preparation time.

The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of any updates regarding the shipment of their order. A contact service is available to the Customer for any questions or order tracking. This service is accessible by email

The transfer of risks of loss or damage to the products occurs as soon as the Customer or a third party designated by them takes physical possession of the products.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package and products upon delivery, and to make, if necessary, any precise and reasoned reservations with the carrier under the applicable legal conditions.

Article 2: Delivery times

Colissimo delivery time: 48 to 72 hours - working days.

Mondial Relay delivery time: 4 to 5 working days.

Mondial Relay home delivery Europe 4 to 6 working days.
